We accept Cash, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Gratuities are not included in the cost of services except packages.

Appointments
We suggest you arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to relax and prepare for your experience. We regret late arrivals may not receive an extension of schedualed service times and will be responsible for full service fees. A credit card or gift card required to book appointment for all packages.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, please give us 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and "No-Shows" may be charged at 50% of the service price.

Child Policy
As a courtesy to all guest children are not permitted in the salon or spa without and appointment.

Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased for services, packages or a monetary amount and have a one year expiration date. Gift cards must be presented for redemption. They are non-refundable and not-transferable. Hairtage cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards purchases may be phoned, faxed or requested via on line www.hairtage.com. Sorry, No cash refunds.

Spa Package
Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that we require 24-hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee may be charged. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to "No-Show" for an appointment may result in a 100% charge for the time reserved.

Cell Phone Policy
For your comfort and the comfort of our other clients, please turn cell phones to silent or vibrate.

Our Guarantee
Our guarantee states that we will extend to users of our products the liberty to exchange a product that has been minimally used, if not satisfied within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Services will be guaranteed without charge within one week of service if the client is experiencing challenges and is using our product exclusively. No cash refunds. All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to make any exceptions to our policies.
