Payment
 We accept Cash, Personalized Checks(with ID), Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Gratuities are not included in the cost of services, except packages.  Some guidelines for gratuities are 15% for good services and 20% for excellent service. We charge a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Appointments
 Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call and cancel or reschedule. If you do not call, you will be considered a no-show. This may require you to prepay for future appointments or receive services on a walk-in basis.

Reservations
 A credit card or gift card is required for reserving all salon and spa packages.

Cancellation Policy
 Please note: Prices of treatments are mostly determined by time. Scheduling your appointment is a commitment. We reserve your time; therefore no other client can be scheduled. We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointments, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. "No show" or "Skipped" appointments will be charged 50% of the cost for scheduled services to the card for which they were held.

Returns
 Hairtage will be happy to accept returns on most merchandise from the Hair Salon and Spa within 30 days of purchase; unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept items of opened/unsealed merchandise. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY. A credit will be applied towards future product purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Child Policy
 For the safety of your children and the pleasure of your visit, absolutely no one under the age of 12 will be allowed without an appointment.

Spa Package
 Spa package adjustments may be made during the purchasing or scheduling process.  Packages may be re-named to cater to special occasions such as birthdays, anniversarys, holidays, retirements, etc.  A 15% gratuitiy will be added to all packages.

Gift Certificates
 Gift Certificates can be purchased for services, packages, or a monetary amount.  Gift Certificates have no expiration date from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented for redemption.  They are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No cash refunds.  Sorry, we cannot replace your gift certificate if lost or stolen. Gift Certificate requests may be phoned, faxed, or requested via www.hairtage.com.

Cell Phone Policy
 For your comfort and the comfort of our other clients, please turn cell phones to silent or vibrate.

Our guarantee states that we will extend to users of our products the liberty to exchange a product that has been minimally used, if not satisfied within 30 days of the purchase date.  Services will be guaranteed without charge within one week of service if the client is experiencing challenges and is using our product exclusively.  No cash refunds.  All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to make any exceptions to our policies.
